Nuevo Vallarta fishing report starts off with some great catches from the south side of the bay. We are already seeing some perfect water temperatures around 83 to 90 degrees. This brings all different kinds of pelagic fish in Mexico for August fishing. When the water temperature gets past 80 degrees is when you start seeing a big fish move into our offshore waters. What can you expect to catch in Nuevo Vallarta this summer? The offshore fishing is the time of the year we’re catching sailfish, Marlin, mahi-mahi, yellowfin tuna.
